PAYMENT
Our online store allows you to purchase products online. To purchase any products through our website, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age (b) provide us with valid payment information associated with a credit card or other payment method that you are authorized to use.
International orders: By confirming your order for shipment outside Canada, you agree to the additional terms contained in this section.
If any package is returned to use because of a simple change of mind or incorrect address, because you refuse the package, or for any other reason other than solely because of our error, you will be responsible for our shipping cost for the return and reshipment of the package.
RETURNS
Return Policy:We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policies, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages.
Within 30 days of the purchase date of any product from our company, you may return the unopened original product for a refund. The product must be in the original condition (unopened, laver and capsule intact) that will permit the item to be re-sold. You must return the product packaging to qualify for the refund.
Please include a brief note explaining the reason for the return and provide your order number, name, and address or a copy of your original invoice. Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the card holder’s account. Please allow 2~4 weeks after receipt of any return for your refund.
If you receive a damaged product or a faulty product, you must report it immediately. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been canceled for a refund due to product fault and delivery of wrong product, the shipping is processed.
You are responsible for expenses of return shipping also original shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount of refunds.
Additional Term: All International orders other than CANADA is subject to Non-Refundable. Except for Damaged Goods confirmed by delivery authorities. (You must inspect the package before received. and take confirm with them.) If you Found damage on the products You must contact us immediately and need to have confirmed with us before return.

Damages:
Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival. In the event that an item is damaged during shipping, you will need to contact us immediately. If the item is replaceable, you will be sent a new, identical product. If you do not want to receive a new, identical product, please let us know before we send a new product.
SHIPPING
-All items will be shipped via Canada Post. Please let us know if you have a preference, otherwise, it is up to our discretion.
-Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery depending on your location. Rush delivery is required for an additional cost and must be discussed with us prior to purchase.
-Marah Natural™ is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters.
-Your order will be subject to 1-3 business days of processing time before it ships unless otherwise noted on our website.
–Our standard Economy Shipping is free in Canada (excluding remote locations) when you order more than 6 bottles. Economy Shipping will deliver your package using standard shipping methods.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
In the case that Canada Post is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Marah Natural™ is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Marah Natural™ is not responsible for the payment of reshipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
