Once you are in the tranquil ground of hot spring, you start to immerse your body in the hot spring to cleanse away your aches and stress. These hot springs contain many minerals such as calcium, sodium, bicarbonate, sulfate, and many more, which can benefit your skin. As much minerals as our skin needs, our internal body needs well-balanced minerals. As our lands' soil is experiencing a mineral deficiency due to the excessive use of pesticides and other chemicals for harvesting- our body does not obtain or absorb enough required minerals from the food.
